Dierks Bentley, The Revivalists, The Cadillac Three, and Greylan James Round Out the Lineup
Tampa, Fla. – (September 18, 2024) – Tampa Bay’s premier philanthropic community event, the Tampa Pig Jig, has added country singer and songwriter Chase Rice to its all-star lineup on Saturday, October 19, at Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park. The event will also welcome three-time CMA-Award-winning superstar Dierks Bentley, American rock band The Revivalists, ACM-nominated band The Cadillac Three, and young breakout Country star Greylan James. Rice replaces southern country duo Muscadine Bloodline, who recently announced the cancellation of their remaining Coastal Plain Tour dates to join Post Malone on tour.
The event, presented by RIPA & Associates, Valley Bank, and The Baldwin Group, donates proceeds from the Tampa Pig Jig to NephCure, funding critical research in its quest to find a cure for rare kidney disease. It has quickly become one of Tampa’s favorite fall events, combining live music, games, an amateur corporate barbecue competition, and delicious food and drinks into one fun-filled day.
With more than 2.6 million albums sold and over 2.8 billion total streams, plus a legion of passionate fans at his high-energy concerts across the globe, Chase Rice has established himself as a powerful force in Nashville and beyond. With new releases “Fireside,” “Go Down Singin’” and “Haw River” previewing his forthcoming independent album Go Down Singin’ (Sept. 20) as the follow-up to 2022’s critically acclaimed I Hate Cowboys & All Dogs Go To Hell, Rice’s sound continues to evolve to reflect the realities of his life; from emotional reckoning to an admiration of the American West. The I Hate Cowboys records, including standout tracks “Oklahoma” and “Bench Seat,” serves as a follow up to his three-part project, The Album, which featured his latest Platinum-certified No. 1 hit, “Drinkin’ Beer. Talkin’ God. Amen.” and the Platinum-certified Top 10 hit “Lonely If You Are,” as well as prior hits including the “Eyes On You,” “Ready Set Roll,” “Gonna Wanna Tonight” and more.
